hibajje Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

Account Eligibility

Prohibited Behaviour

Collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on hibajje. Accounts found engaging in prohibited behaviour will be suspended and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility

To register and use hibajje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. hibajje does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.

hibajje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses received.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on hibajje. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed if detected. Any winnings accumulated through a duplicate account may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. hibajje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hibajje support immediately.

Never share your hibajje password with anyone. hibajje support staff will never ask for your password.

04 Deposits and Payments

hibajje supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to you. hibajje does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. hibajje does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your hibajje account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed, contact hibajje support with your transaction reference for assistance.

hibajje reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by hibajje within the timeframes stated in the payment section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

Before processing a withdrawal, hibajje may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard requirement under anti-money laundering regulations and is not specific to any individual player. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. hibajje reserves the right to use alternative methods where this is not possible.

  • Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full.
  • hibajje reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or rule violations.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

hibajje uses provably fair technology for applicable games, including Crash Bonus, Dice, and Keno Bonus Number. This means the outcome of each round is determined by a verifiable algorithm before the round begins. Players can verify results using the tools provided within each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, hibajje reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed. hibajje will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibajje and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with hibajje's software or systems.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing hibajje staff or other players.

hibajje monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of engaging in prohibited behaviour. During an investigation, the account and any associated funds may be temporarily frozen.

09 Responsible Gaming

hibajje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control. The following responsible gaming features are available to all hibajje players:

  • Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of play.

11 Account Termination

You may close your hibajje account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

hibajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of serious violations — including fraud, money laundering, or use of prohibited software — hibajje may withhold funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hibajje will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Any applicable dormancy fees will be disclosed in the account settings section.

12 Limitation of Liability

hibajje provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While hibajje makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hibajje will not be liable for:

  • Any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions or interruptions beyond hibajje's reasonable control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of hibajje.
  • Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits hibajje's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to Terms
